FAQ
How long are training sessions?
That depends on you and your needs and what you like. Between 40 mins to 60 mins is typical.
Sometimes longer or shorter depending on your work/family/social life balance and what you enjoy.

Do you have a payment plan?
Not at this stage, Flexibility results come from consistent training over time, the best way for me to help
you is to ensure I am there when you need me. So we only offer 3,6 or 12 month programs.

Are you really going to tell us everything you know, no holding back?
You bet I am going to. Empowering people with knowledge and watching them develop as martial artists
is freaking awesome. Why wouldn't I want to do that.

I practice a sport martial art (BJJ, MMA, JUDO, Muay Thai etc), will this webinar help me as well?
Yes, it applies to anyone who practices martial arts, and wants to improve their flexibility.
The science doesn't change whether you practice classical Japanese martial arts, or modern sports life BJJ.

How often do I have to train?
Honestly I don't know, I have not done a assessment on you yet, but a commitment of 2-3 days a week
would be ideal, and extra 10-15 min gentle sessions on rest days doesn't hurt either!

Are these live sessions?
No, you will do an assessment, I'll program for you, then either weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending
on how often you wish to get program updates, I'll reassess your progress and make necessary changes.
You get this by recording videos in short 20sec to 1 min clips and sending them to me. If you have a problem with
an exercise or technique, we can video chat to solve it, or you can message me and Ill either write or call back, 
or film a video explaining how to solve the problem.

Why should I listen to you?
You shouldn't only listen to me, you should listen to everyone, then make your own mind up.
But if it helps ease your mind, I am certified as a Master Trainer from Flexibility Research the leaders in Flexibility Education. I have many other Flexibility qualifications, but honestly they all suck in comparison to Flexibility Research. Which is  Science based (not to be confused with evidence based which can be limited, science based includes evidence based research). Hell, I even give you a discount code for their next course if you are interested. Just ask me.

I have coached and guided hundreds of people to freaking awesome results. Mostly men, in their late 20's to late 40's.
There isn't much I have not seen, and I am happy to help. What more could you ask for. I normally only take on new clients once a year, and this webinar is for free, so what do you have to lose.

How will the training be presented? Will I have a chance to ask questions?
Using videos mostly and simple PDF's. Yeah message and contact me as much as you want.

Will this be full of really technical science stuff?
My goal is to empower you, if I mention anything that sounds like you need a black belt in nerd to understand, don't worry Ill break it down and explain it. None of this is complicated, but when you are dealing with Biomechanics, Flexibility, Exercise and Sport Science, they use super complicated words to explain simple things.  Why? I don't know, they have to justify that research grant somehow. But don't worry, I am here to clear everything up for you. No rocket science, no hippy BS.

What equipment do I need?
Camera/phone to film assessments. Weights would be ideal (kettlebells, dumbbells, barbell plates ), ankle weights, a few yoga blocks. Some resistance bands and therabands. Honestly, all programs are custom made for you, if you have access to a gym great, home gym great, no equipment is fine too, we can make do, but having some basics makes things easier.
